PT Samadista Karya, from Astra Property Group, conducted the groundbreaking for the Arumaya Office project on Thursday (12^th October). The Arumaya Office is constructed in the integrated development project named The Arumaya, which resides on a total land area of 2.5 hectares, and will comprise 19 stories for office spaces. With the total of 23 stories, The Arumaya Office’s total Gross Floor Area is 36,000 square meters and with investment value reaching Rp1 trillion, the project is aimed to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
