The subsidiary of PT Astra Internasional (ASII) in property sector, Astra Property, posted IDR29 billion income in 2022, rising almost 10 percent from IDR117 billion in 2021. Other than initiating projects to boost portfolio, the company also carries out corporate actions to stimulate the business, such as collaborating with Sinar Mas Group in property sector, namely with PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. (BSDE). This year, Astra Property is working on modern warehouse facility in Jabodetabek. It sets up a joint venture with LOGOS SE Asia Pte Ltd.
