PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. (ASRI) recorded Rp540 billion of marketing sales in the first quarter of 2020 or 38.63% lower than in the same periode in 2019. In the first quarter of 2020 there was a new launch of a residential cluster in Suvarna Sutera titled Dakota which will be followed by another launch in the next quarter. However, this year’s sales performance will depend on the mitigation of Covid-19.
