Arrayan Group to develop a commercial area in the boulevard of Villa Kencana Cikarang, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java on a total land area of 4 hectares. The project will comprise no less than 430 units of commercial property, including one-story houses for business or runita and shophouses. Prices offered starting from Rp400 million per unit for runitas  and Rp700 million per unit for shophouses.
