Several domestic private investors have committed to invest in developing several residentials and malls in Nusantara Capital City, East Kalimantan. PT Agung Podomoro Land (APLN) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Authority Business Agency (BUO) PT Bina Karya (Persero) for the Development of Residential in Nusantara Capital City Plan. In addition, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk. (PWON) has allocated Rp 650 billion to start its first phase investment project in IKN with the plan to ground break a hotel in its superblock project around the third quarter of 2024.
