Adhi Commuter Properti’s plan to conduct its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the second quarter of 2020 is postponed until the Covid-19 pandemic shows signs of subsiding and the economy recovery runs smoothly. Adhi Commuter Property plans to sell 30% of its shares to the public and aims to obtain Rp25 trillion for capital expenditure, land development and debt payment.
